Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using the RelayOne platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RelayOne platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using RelayOne on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

RelayOne provides an AI governance platform that includes an API gateway, policy engine, audit trail, data protection tools, and related services. The platform enables organizations to monitor, control, and secure AI interactions across their infrastructure.

RelayOne is provided as a cloud-hosted SaaS product on the Starter and Pro plans. Enterprise plans may include on-premises or BYOC (Bring Your Own Cloud) deployment options as specified in your order agreement.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Each account is associated with a single organization. Additional organizations may be created subject to your plan limits.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use RelayOne only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

- Use the platform to violate any applicable law or regulation - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' data - Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform - Use the platform to process data that you do not have the right to process - Resell or redistribute access to the platform without our written consent

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. RelayOne does not claim ownership of the data you process through the platform, including AI prompts, responses, policies, and audit records. We process your data only as necessary to provide the services described in these terms and our Privacy Policy.

By default, RelayOne does not store the content of AI prompts or responses that pass through the gateway. Metadata and policy evaluation results are stored as part of the audit trail.

6. Service Level Agreement

Starter plans are provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee. Pro plans include a 99.9% uptime SLA. Enterprise plans include customizable SLAs up to 99.99%, as specified in your order agreement.

Planned maintenance windows are communicated at least 72 hours in advance and are excluded from SLA calculations.

7. Payment and Billing

Starter plans are free. Pro plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Enterprise plans are billed as specified in your order agreement. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in your SLA.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes do not affect existing annual agreements until renewal.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion feature in the portal. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RelayOne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to RelayOne in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
