1. The service

RelayOne is the governance plane for AI traffic. We provide an enforcement gateway, policy engine, evidence bundle assembler, and fleet control plane. Documentation lives at /docs; product details at /.

2. Account and security

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may not share or sell access. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse, fraud, or activity that violates the acceptable use policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use RelayOne in compliance with the acceptable use policy. The acceptable use policy is incorporated into these terms by reference and may be updated independently.

4. Subscription, billing, refunds

  • Free tier. No charge. Subject to fair-use limits documented at /pricing. We may rate-limit or suspend free accounts engaged in commercial production without a paid subscription.
  • Pro tier. Monthly subscription billed in advance. Cancel anytime; no proration on partial months.
  • Enterprise tier. Annual contract. Terms negotiated in the MSA. Refunds per the MSA.

5. Customer data

You own your data. We are a processor on your behalf for gateway audit data. Our data processing addendum (DPA) with Standard Contractual Clauses is available on request and standard with Enterprise contracts.

6. Service levels

Pro tier: best-effort. Enterprise tier: 99.99% uptime SLA per the MSA. Maintenance windows announced via the changelog.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The Free tier is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Pro and Enterprise tiers carry the warranties stated in the MSA or, for Pro, a limited warranty that the service will substantially conform to the documentation.

8. Limitation of liability

Aggregate liability for the Free tier is limited to USD 100. For Pro, aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. Enterprise terms are governed by the MSA. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

9. Indemnification

You will indemnify us for claims arising from your data, your use of the service in violation of these terms, or your violation of law. We will indemnify you against third-party IP infringement claims arising from the service per the standard indemnity in the MSA (Enterprise) or a comparable carve-out (Pro).

10. Termination

You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription. We may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days, or immediately for serious abuse. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days; thereafter we delete or anonymize.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved in BC courts unless the MSA specifies otherwise.

12. Changes

Material changes posted to the changelog with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Enterprise customers' MSA controls.
